Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

All balances and transactions on the Platform are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
vr999 acknowledges that Pakistani users are familiar with payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific payment method on the Platform depends entirely on the Operator's current payment integrations, applicable regulatory requirements and the relevant payment provider's own terms and policies.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the depositing account suspended pending investigation. vr999 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership as part of KYC procedures.

Bets accepted on the Platform are final once confirmed, subject to the following exceptions:
vr999 reserves the right to set stake limits, limit individual user bet sizes or restrict access to specific markets at its discretion without providing a reason.
vr999 and the Operator are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under applicable international regulatory frameworks. All users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be requested to do so at any stage of account activity.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the user via the most recent verified payment method, subject to AML and withdrawal processing requirements.
